CJC-1295 without DAC is a stabilised analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone acting at the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a), the receptor also targeted by ghrelin, and is characterised in research by its selectivity relative to less specific secretagogues.
